I just want to give a huge shout out to Ms. Erica and the rest of the girls. The fact that they'll go above and beyond to help with me others with their situations. They do take the time and listen to their customers and try to accommodate with others despite the location they're in. The vision they have for that hotel is what me appreciate what they're doing with that hotel. Keep doing yall ladies and I really do appreciate everything that yall did for me, I owe you guys everything! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart
This hotel is very filthy.. I booked for non smoking room and the room smell smoke I brought it to the front desk and he only gave me a smoke odor spray bugs roaches and ants crawling inside the washroom !! The carpet looks really dirty! The room floor has crumbs and look like it hasn't been vacuum for long while... We couldn't stand the smell it gave me headache and restless night!! On top of that I went to the lobby to get hot water and it dispense warm water with plenty of roaches and yes the front desk person witness this ..he just apologize..it was disgusting!!!!! I skipped breakfast and lost appetite to that!! ... The outside property was nice and appealing but the inside needs plenty of work and maintenance!! This is the worst hotel I've been to while on trip to USA.. Please owner clean hotel is a must!!!
I had a good experience for just one night's stay I suppose. There were only 2 at the front desk and there was a check in line but they were awesome at getting everyone checked in as quickly as possible and they were polite and respectful through the whole process. The room was clean at the level I expect a 2-star hotel to be so I have no complaints there. The bathroom was tiny and less than basic, again what I expected so no complaints. Overall a good experience. It was quiet, there's lots of parking and multiple entries with a key card, and I never ate there but they have a small dining area that serves breakfast.
The Service from the Front Desk was excellent which is very Vital to the hospitality industry. Thanks to the person who check me in. He was very helpful, courteous, professional and friendly. A+. And my room was clean. My overall stay was perfectly fine. There needs be some renovation. 4/5
